2.1 The Company offers packing, moving, and transportation services as described on its website or as mutually agreed upon.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or refuse any service without prior notice.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the items to be packed and moved.

3.2 The customer must ensure that all items are properly packed and secured before the Company commences its services.

3.3 The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the movement of goods.

4. Estimates and Pricing

4.1 All estimates provided by the Company are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change.

4.2 The final price for the services will be determined based on the actual volume and weight of the goods moved.

4.3 The customer agrees to pay all charges incurred for the services provided, including but not limited to packing materials, transportation, labor, and any applicable taxes.

5. Insurance

5.1 The Company offers insurance coverage for the goods being transported. The details of the insurance coverage, including limits and exclusions, will be provided upon request.

5.2 The customer is responsible for declaring the accurate value of the goods being moved.

6. Liability

6.1 The Company shall exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting the customer’s goods.

6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

6.3 The Company’s liability for any loss or damage to the customer’s goods shall be limited to the value declared by the customer.

7. Claims

7.1 Any claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within [number] days of delivery.

8. Cancellation

10.2 If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
